Cobb-Philippines is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cobb-Vantress Inc. This subsidiary was formerly known as Breeder Master, owned by Vitarich and by Cobb-Vantress, Inc., who had been a minority shareholder with equity participation of 20%. In 2003, Cobb-Vantress, Inc. purchased the shares in Breeder Master from Vitarich. Cobb-Vantress Philippines Incorporated (CVP) supplies breeding stock to the majority of integrators in the Philippines. CVP has a strong market presence in the region and have supplied parents into other regions in the past, one being Indonesia.
