Ingham Enterprises is an integrated company controlling approximately 50% of the Australian market and until recently operated its own breeding company, Tegel Poultry. In 1996, Ingham built a private quarantine station near Sydney and placed its first Cobb stock in 1997. This stock is currently sent at the great grandparent level. Ingham has integrated operations in all the Australian states plus Tasmania and New Zealand, and also uses the Cobb stock for its own integrated operations.
