Jerry Moye has worked in the poultry industry for over 30 years, initially with Showell Farms and then with Zacky Farms of California before joining Cobb in 1991. He progressed from director of technical service to become general manager, vice president, a senior vice president and became President in 2007.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the chicken industry, Stan Reid joined Cobb in 2001 after six years with Merial Select. At Cobb, he became responsible for sales and technical service in the USA, and then general manager for North America, and was appointed a vice president in 2005.

Randy Vardeman has worked in the poultry industry in North America and also in Asia where he was managing director for Sui Ping, which provided the entry for the Cobb breed in China. He joined Cobb in 2001, becoming director of technical services for Asia and general manager for the region in 2006.

Dr Abrahamsen has an extensive background in research and development, project design, management and implementation of state-of-the-art innovation programs within the animal health and production industry. Much of his 18 years’ experience in academic, governmental and biotechnology environments has involved developing integrated, cross-functional research programs that utilize large-scale, high-throughput genomic and genetic technologies to develop new products and tools for improving animal health.

Dr. John Hardiman is the senior advisor to the companies’ executive management team, directors and scientists on scientific research and technology and he is Cobb’s primary interface to the international scientific community. Prior to joining Cobb in 1986, Dr. Hardiman was the geneticist for Tyson Foods, Inc. and was responsible for both swine and poultry genetics.

Dr. Rossi began as a veternarian at Cargill in 1992. He moved to Elanco in 1995 as a technical consultant. In 1997 he joined Simmons Foods as a company veterinarian. Since joining Cobb in 2000, he has been veterinarian, manager of the US sales group in 2003 followed by promotion to North American director of sales and technical service.

Roy Mutimer began his career in Cobb in 1995, beginning as Quality Control Center Manager in the UK. He has worked in both the UK as Corporate Animal Welfare and QA Manager and subsequently in the US as Director of World QA and Animal Welfare. Roy was promoted to GM, Cobb Europe in June of 2009.

Following receipt of a veterinarian degree, Jairo worked for Pena Branca in 1987 as a production manager and later technical service. He joined Cobb in 1995. In technical service for Latin America and in 2000 moved to the United States as technical service manager for Latin America. In 2002 he returned to Brazil as general manager of Cobb–Vantress Brasil.

Duncan has over 30 years experience in the poultry industry, covering grandparent selection and management, breeder and broiler technical service, and the construction and management of quarantine, grandparent and breeder farm complexes.
