Jerry Moye has worked in the poultry industry for 30 years, initially with Showell Farms and then with Zacky Farms of California before joining Cobb in 1991. He progressed from director of technical service to become general manager, vice president, a senior vice president and became President in 2007.

Dr. John Hardiman, Vice President of Research and Development for Cobb-Vantress since 1986, is responsible for the development and improvement of Cobb products. Prior to joining CVI in 1986, Dr.Hardiman was the geneticist for Tyson Foods, Inc. and was responsible for both swine and poultry genetics.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the chicken industry, Stan Reid joined Cobb in 2001 after six years with Merial Select. At Cobb, he became responsible for sales and technical service in the USA, and then general manager for North America, and was appointed a vice president in 2005.

In 16 years with Tyson Foods, James Young has gained extensive experience in production and processing, having been responsible for complexes with a weekly output of 9000 tonnes of chicken meat. He was appointed director of the Cobb World Technical Support Team in 2004, and became a vice president in 2005.

Dr. Rossi began his career at Cargill in 1992, after receiving his doctorate degree in veterinary medicine. He moved to Elanco in 1995 as a poultry technical consultant. In 1997 he joined Simmons Foods as a company veterinarian. Since joining Cobb in 2000, he has served in various capacities, including veterinarian for the World Technical Support team for three years. He was given responsibility for the US sales group in 2003 where he led the team to achieve continued growth. In his most recent role within Cobb, he has served as North American director of sales and technical service, which includes the US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America.

Randy Vardeman has worked in the poultry industry in North America and also in Asia where he was managing director for Sui Ping, which provided the entry for the Cobb breed in China. He joined Cobb in 2001, becoming director of technical services for Asia and general manager for the region in 2006.

Steve Parsons worked for Rainbow Chicken in South Africa for 10 years, and was group operations director before joining Grampian Food Group for two years where he was responsible for UK plants producing 8000 tonnes of chicken meat per week. In October 2006 he joined Cobb Europe which also covers the Middle East and Africa.

Jairo Arenazio received his veterinarian degree from University of Minas Gerais State in 1986 and went to work for Pena Branca in 1987, starting as a production manager and later moving into technical service. He joined Cobb in 1995, beginning in technical service for Latin America and in 2000 moved to the United States as technical service manager for Latin America. In 2002 he returned to Brazil becoming general manager of Cobb–Vantress Brasil.
